You are cordially invited with family to a get-together at 10.30 AM on Sunday, the 25th July 2010. The venue is Pavana Hall, Taj Mahal Hotel, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad-500029.

The programme is as follows:

• Registration and ice breaking
• Welcome and brief report by the Secretary.
• Message by the President.
• Entertainment programme.
• Lunch 1 PM to 2 PM.
• Entertainment programme and games 2 PM to 3.30 PM.
• Tea and snacks.
• Vote of Thanks.

You are requested to make it convenient to attend the get-together function with family to make the function a grand success.

Games, Tambola and other interesting items are arranged. Programme is expected to be over by 4PM. Rs 100 per head is payable for lunch.

You are requested to pass on this information to our alumni whom this letter might not reach for any reason and invite them with family on behalf of the association to attend the function. You may also please advise them to log on to our web site www.anecaa.org to see this invitation on line.

Please communicate the number of your family members joining the Get-together to any of the following persons at least three days in advance to facilitate adequate arrangements.

As informed that we have a very good entertainment programme is included in our get together on 25th Sunday as detailed below.
